Meet Chef Ram

Chef Ram Thapa, an accomplished chef originally from Nepal, is the visionary behind the Indo-Chinese fusion cuisine at Indochen. His culinary journey began in his grandmother's kitchen in Nepal, where he developed a deep appreciation for the flavors and traditions that now influence his innovative dishes. In addition to Indochen, Chef Ram has founded several other successful restaurants, including Masala Indian Cuisine in McLean, Urban Tandoor in Ballston Station, and Harbor Tandoor in Baltimore.
